Return Policy
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, no returns or refunds are allowed at this time.
Replacement items may be allowed at the discretion of the Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy (WOC) Store for any items are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a replacement, photographic proof of any damage which occurred following the shipping of the item to the purchaser must be provided within 30 days of purchase. Replacements are not guaranteed and are contingent upon availability of the product.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, cosmetics, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete any replacements, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Returns and therefore refunds are not allowed at this time.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be replaced, unfortunately sale items cannot be replaced.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (according to availability) , send us an email at info@yfj-consulting.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
